“I was surprised and pleased to be able to learn so much history about Prescott without having to walk that far from the square. One detail I loved was learning why Prescott is pronounced Prescuit (like biscuit) rather than the Pres"cot". The walking pace was perfect and we stopped often to see places of unique history. The Victorian houses were amazing and gratefully well kept. Learning about the fire that burned most of Whiskey Row made reality of the danger and destruction of fire in early 1900s. The towns development of water wells was far advanced for the time. The funny stories of historic people kept the tour more entertaining than guide books. We stay at the St. Michael's Hotel every year and now know more history about its existence. Great tour, great fun and great guide.”

“Let me begin with this is not a criticism of our guide Monk. He was on time and pleasant and was filled with a lot of Tucson history but the tour should not be sold as a ghost tour. It was more of a history tour. I will admit that when we were there was a food diversity celebration going on downtown and there was a lot of people around with a lot of food trucks and stands so it was distracting from the tour and that was not the guides fault. But did take away from the vibe of the tour. I give it a 3.”

She brought the town’s history to life with her storytelling — every tale had just the right mix of eerie and fascinating. We heard about ghostly sightings, haunted buildings, and even tales of cowboys still fighting long after their last showdown! The way she connected real history to the spooky legends gave us chills (the good kind!). If you're ever in town, do not miss this tour — and definitely ask for Stephanie!”

“This was our first visit to Prescott. We love staying in haunted hotels and investigating ghosts. Stephanie did a great job highlighting the history that has led to becoming haunted history. She was fun and animated:)”

“0 stars is more fitting. The guide, Halen didn't seem sure of his stories. He would repeat stuff over and over again. Then stop talking for a few minutes then say let's move on, as if he was trying to think of something else to say. His appearance was sloppy, not professional. His facts on the history was SO wrong. I've lived here for many years, know the history and I was appalled with his incorrect information. Every restroom story had spooky dimming lights and the stall door slams open. The tour was terrible and I will not be doing any of your tours if they are like this. Get the facts and stories straight if you're going to do these tours. And get people who care about the stories.”

If I had not taken other tours in prescott I would not have known the facts were not always right. I think his presentation was forced and maybe with time will improve.”
