    The pet ofrenda

The animals who walked with us before, remembered by the people who loved them. Every pet sent to the ofrenda gets a card here and a place on the altar in Heritage Square.

    Remember Them

    3 pets remembered so far.

Each card is their photo, their name, the year they passed, and a few words from the person who sent them. The cards print one to a page for the altar.

    • Shimmer, a tan and white corgi in a white hooded costume with a pink and orange feather crest, riding in a backpack on the back of a motorcycle on a sunny fall day

She was a beacon of light in this world.

He was sweet, loyal, and full of love. Loved attention and belly rubs from everyone he’d come across.

    • Gumbo, a red heeler with big upright ears and an orange collar, looking up with his tongue out in a living room

      Gumbo

      2023

What made Gumbo special was he loved me as much as I loved him. He was also the sweetest, friendliest, goofiest, and most gentle dog I've ever owned!
