Vendors and volunteers

Howl-O-Ween takes over Heritage Square and a closed block of Aspen Avenue for an afternoon. If you want a booth or want to help run it, start here.

For Businesses

Register your booth

Heritage Square and a closed block of Aspen Avenue fill with vendors from 3 PM, the parade howls off around 5:30, and the square stays busy through the costume contest and awards. Makers, pet businesses, local shops, and community groups are all welcome.

One flat fee: $75 for a 10 x 10 booth space. No tiers.
One ask: help us fill the square. One Instagram feed post and at least two stories tagging @FreakyFootTours and @Howl_O_Ween, published before event day. We send you graphics and a caption once your booth is confirmed.
Proceeds benefit High Country Humane.

Register and pay by Friday, October 16. Setup is 2 to 3 PM, be open from 3 through 7, teardown is 7 to 8 PM. The city permit does not allow food or beverage sales, cooking, open flames, or generators, and there is no electricity at vendor spaces.

Two steps: this form, then the $75 fee. Your booth is confirmed once payment is received, and spaces are assigned in the order registrations come in.

I agree that: I will be fully set up by 3 PM and remain open through 7 PM; I will provide my own canopy, canopy weights, tables, chairs, signage, and any battery-powered lighting I want after sunset; I understand there is no electricity at vendor spaces; I will not cook, use open flames, use a generator, or sell food or beverages; booth placement is assigned by the event team; pets and large crowds will be present and my setup will be pet-safe; before October 24 I will publish one Instagram feed post and at least two Instagram stories about Howl-O-Ween tagging @FreakyFootTours and @Howl_O_Ween; I release Freaky Foot Tours and the City of Flagstaff from liability for loss or injury; I agree to the refund and cancellation terms; and Freaky Foot Tours may tag, reshare, or feature my business in event promotion. *

For Humans

Help us run it

A few hours on a Saturday afternoon, surrounded by dogs in costumes. Volunteers help with the registration tent, lining up the parade, keeping the route clear, and resetting the square afterward.

Please leave your own pet at home. You have to be free to run the event, and you will be closer to every costumed pet that shows up. No experience needed. Tell us when you can be there and we will follow up with details closer to the day.
