Downtown Flagstaff Haunted History Tour
Explore Flagstaff’s haunted history on our standard walking tour. Eccentric guides will show guests a side of this town seldom seen before. Learn about the robberies, murders, and suicides that rocked this town to it's core. On this tour, due to the length of stories and number of stops, we will not be entering any historic haunts.
This is one of our own tours. Freaky Foot Tours is a family-owned Arizona company, and this walk, Flagstaff's original ghost tour, is where we started. Every story is researched by co-founder Susan Johnson, a local author, so what you hear on the sidewalk is documented history. Stops include the Hotel Monte Vista, the Orpheum Theater, the Weatherford Hotel and the Doris-Harper White Community Playhouse, and the route ends with stories of happier ghosts.
The tour runs 75 minutes and covers about one mile of downtown sidewalks at an easy pace. It meets at Wheeler Park, 212 W Aspen Ave, near City Hall, and departs nightly at 7 PM, with a second 8 PM departure on Fridays and Saturdays. Tickets are $29 for adults, $25 for students and $22 for children, groups are capped at 28, and the tour is all ages, with 13 and up recommended for the darkest stories.

Does the tour go inside the haunted buildings?
No. This is an outdoor walking tour; due to the length of stories and number of stops, we do not enter the historic haunts. Your guide tells the documented stories of what happened inside from the sidewalk out front.
