A private ghost hunt for your group
This is a working investigation, not a story tour, and it runs private: your own guide, your group only, up to 15 guests, on the date you pick. It suits serious enthusiasts who want real time with the equipment and small groups after something more hands-on than a walking tour. Investigations are quoted per group; tell us your date and group size and we will set it up.

- The tour meets at 212 W Aspen Ave, Flagstaff, AZ 86001, north of City Hall and south of Wheeler Park. You'll know you're in the right place when you see one of our Southwestern Gothic dressed guides by the parking meter and cougar statue between City Hall and Wheeler Park.
- Plan for 90 minutes; groups are capped at 15 guests.
- All participants on the reservation must fill out and sign the waivers before the tour.
- Flagstaff sits at 7000 feet (2100 meters); we recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated.
- Flagstaff has rapid weather changes and can be very cold even in the summer. Check the forecast before your tour and dress to your comfort. Locals love layers.
- Tips are never mandatory, always appreciated by our local guides.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your tour date for a 100% refund.
