The tour photographs we make and publish on this site are the property of Freaky Foot Tours LLC, except where a different photographer is credited. A number of our Tucson photographs were made by Alexander White and carry his credit. Some pages also show third-party images, such as partner hotels and attractions, which belong to their owners and are not ours to license. All of our own images are protected by copyright.
How you may use our photographs
You are welcome to use our photographs for honest editorial and press coverage of Freaky Foot Tours, as long as you keep the credit line and, where you can, link back to freakyfoottours.com.

Credit reads "Freaky Foot Tours" for most images, or the name shown in the photo's credit where a different photographer is named.
What needs our permission first
Please ask before you do any of the following. We are usually glad to say yes once we understand the use.
- Commercial or advertising use of any kind
- Reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing the image
- Editing an image in a way that changes what it shows or implies
- Removing the credit, copyright, or embedded license information
- Adding our photographs to a dataset used to train machine-learning or AI models
Licensing for other uses
For anything beyond editorial and press, including commercial, advertising, print, or stock use, please request a license. We work with journalists, partners, and publishers all the time and turn most requests around quickly.
